Who is behind My Macaron ?
Bonjour, it's me Olivier Beaslas, French, born in Paris and living in Helsinki since 2008. I'm not your regular pastry chef, I am not one. I have a scientific background, then I moved to being a creative entrepreneur with photography business. Passionate about Patisserie, I started baking macarons at home many years ago before I create a small home business about it. Then I met an opportunity to go next level, and here we are: My Macaron was born beginning of 2020.
I want to share with my customers the pleasure of good macarons, freshly baked, filled with quality ingredients.
